The 1150sqft Fawnskin cabin features .64 acres of land half of which is gated and the other perfect for sledding (under parent supervision). Enjoy sipping coffee on the swing overlooking Big Bear Lake and surrounding mountains.
As you enter this cozy cabin, there is a kitchen and dining area with access to the lower deck. Off the dining room is the main bath complete with a spa tub perfect for a hot soak after a day of skiing or hiking. The living area has high vaulted ceilings and natural light all around complete with lake views! Also, enjoy the crackling fireplace on cozy nights with nothing but silence and nature sounds.
Upstairs you will find a cozy loft with a full-size bed and access to a half bath. Adjacent is a large bedroom with a king-size bed and pull-out twin-size sofa with ottoman.
The enclosed portion of the garden, accessible off the driveway has access to a jacuzzi to soak the worries away while moon gazing, big enough for four.
The driveway is big enough for three cars or more but in the event of snow fall, there is a parking spot directly off Fawnskin Drive at the top of the site.
Get away from the busy city and enjoy serene and quiet nature, while still being close to town. Close to skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking and off-road trails. The grocery stores and city of Big Bear are only 4.5 miles away. It doesn’t get better and more authentic Big Bear Lake than this!
